New prospective meetings between scientists and figures of various fields of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Tajikistan in the period of development of the countries of Central Asia

prof. Z.R. Akhmedova and b.f.n. T.S. Khusanov the employees of the Institute of Microbiology of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan participated from 17.04.2024 to 20.06.2024 in the international forum "Trade-investment opportunities and cooperation prospects" dedicated to the anniversary of the 10th international trade fair "Sughd - 2024" held in Khojand, Sughd region according to the proposal of the Executive body of the state power of Sughd region.

In the international forum, an excellent opportunity was created to publicize the innovative products of researchers regarding their importance in the development of scientific and business cooperation, to establish relations with the participants from more than 20 countries.

Several new scientific developments of the Institute of Microbiology of the Federal Republic of Uzbekistan were presented, which have a significant impact on agricultural practice at the "Exhibition of Innovations" organized within the framework of the international forum, These innovative developments devoted to increase productivity, improve soil microbiota and support sustainable farming practices.

On the second day of the exhibition, according to the recommendation of the representative of the state government of Sughd region, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Society of Microbiologists at the Institute of Microbiology of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the executive department of the city of Istarafshan, also, a memorandum of cooperation was signed with Shakhramotov Rauf, Chairman of the Board of the Agro-Industrial Association of the Republic of Tajikistan.

This agreement serves to pave the way for cooperation efforts in research and development aimed at solving important problems in the field of agribusiness between Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.

There is no doubt that this exhibition held in the city of Khojand will serve the interests of the scientists of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Tajikistan, as well as the entire citizens, and will open up new promising ways of improving the economic power of both countries.
